Beta Agreement

Clean is currently offered to a limited number of teams as a closed beta. This Beta Agreement applies in addition to our Terms of Service. By joining the beta you agree to the terms below.

1. Beta Status

The Service is pre-release. Features may be incomplete, may change, and may behave unexpectedly. We onboard a few teams at a time so we can work closely with each one.

2. No Warranty

Beta access is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We make no promises about uptime, accuracy of profiling or signals, deliverability, replies, meetings, or revenue.

3. Service Modifications

We may add, change, or remove features, limits, or pricing during the beta, and may end the beta or your access to it at any time.

4. Data Risk

Because the Service is evolving, you should keep your own records of important data. Maintain authoritative copies in your CRM or other systems of record. We take security seriously, but you accept the heightened risk that comes with pre-release software.

5. Feedback

We welcome feedback. If you share suggestions or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them to improve the Service, without obligation to you.

6. Confidentiality

Non-public information you learn about the Service during the beta (including unreleased features, performance, and pricing) is confidential. Please do not disclose it without our consent.

7. Responsible Use

Beta participants must use the Service for low-volume, relevant, lawful outreach and must comply with the acceptable-use rules in the Terms of Service and with any third-party platform terms, including LinkedIn's.

8. Termination

Either party may end beta participation at any time. On termination, your right to use beta features ends, and you may request export or deletion of your data.

9. Relationship to the Terms of Service

This Beta Agreement supplements the Terms of Service. If there is a conflict during the beta, this Beta Agreement controls for beta features.
