These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Clean, an AI go-to-market platform operated by Clean AI Labs, Inc. (“Clean,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, booking a demo that results in access, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. Description of Service

Clean helps B2B teams run go-to-market work: it indexes company knowledge you provide, maps relationship paths (including through the optional Clean for LinkedIn browser extension), profiles and ranks buyers against your ideal-customer-profile signals, and helps prepare and run low-volume outreach. The Service includes the Clean web application, dashboard, APIs, and the Clean for LinkedIn extension.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials and API keys secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and use the Service only for business purposes.

3. Plans, Pricing, and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated. We may change pricing on renewal with reasonable notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

4. Your Data and Content

“Customer Data” means the content and information you or your team provide or connect, including company knowledge (decks, documents, call notes), prospect and contact records, ICP rules, connected LinkedIn account data, and outreach activity. As between the parties, you own your Customer Data. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service for you. We do not sell Customer Data, and we do not use the content of your Customer Data to train third-party foundation models. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Your use of those platforms through Clean is subject to their own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them, including any LinkedIn user agreement and any limits on automation. You are responsible for the accounts you connect.

7. Intellectual Property

We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, models, and design. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You retain ownership of your Customer Data and of the outreach you create and send.

8. Beta

Some features, or the entire Service, may be offered as a closed beta. Beta features are provided “as is,” may change or be withdrawn, and are also governed by our Beta Agreement.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee meetings, replies, deliverability, revenue, or any specific result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clean AI Labs, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify Clean AI Labs, Inc. against claims arising from your Customer Data, your outreach, or your violation of these Terms or of any third-party platform's terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request export or deletion of your Customer Data as described in our Privacy Policy.
